Access to the exhibition grounds outside the aforementioned hours must be requested and arranged via email with the Organizing Secretariat.

Access to the exhibition center
To carry out setup and dismantling operations, it is mandatory to present the specific Exhibitor Setup Pass required for anyone entering the exhibition grounds.
This pass must be requested from the REAS Organizing Secretariat at reas@centrofiera.it.
The email subject line must read: request for exhibitor setup accreditation.
The body of the email must include:
- Company name Company name of the setup contractor;
- Email address for receiving access credentials to the restricted area;
- Number of Exhibitor Setup Passes (each pass is issued to a specific individual and is valid for both setup and dismantling).
The Organizing Secretariat will send the access credentials for downloading the passes only after receiving:
- The Exhibitor Setup Assignment form, duly completed and signed by the exhibitor as well;
- The stand design/plan (subject to mandatory approval by the Organizing Secretariat).
