INTERSCHUTZ offered the best of world production dedicated to emergency management, particularly in the fire-fighting sector. The event, therefore, was an opportunity to strengthen the international dimension of REAS, involving new foreign buyers and expanding the exhibition offer.
“The presence at INTERSCHUTZ has served to strengthen the bond with the international companies already present at REAS and above all to establish new contacts”, explains Ezio Zorzi, director of the Montichiari Exhibition Center. “We have found great interest in REAS from numerous European buyers who are already planning their visit to the fair. Also on the exhibition front, the signs are positive. For many international companies, our event is an access point and reference point for the Italian market and the whole of Southern Europe. The edition of REAS next October is growing with the prospect of sold out of the exhibition spaces. ”
REAS, INTERSCHUTZ’s partner fair, participated with a stand within the Italian collective and above all was at the center of the “Italy Partner Country Day”, an event entirely dedicated to our country which was held on Wednesday 22 June.
The “Italy Partner Country Day” counted on the participation of the Head of the Civil Protection Department Fabrizio Curcio who was able to illustrate the peculiarities of the Italian emergency management system to the European partners. Amedeo Aristei, central director of the Civil Protection of Friuli Venezia Giulia, studied the specificities of the region’s forest fire prevention system and the methods of intervention of specialized volunteer groups.
